We offer a bespoke, no-nonsense approach to optimising performance. Grounded in leading sports science and evidence based methodologies, our service is tailored specifically to the unique physiological needs of each individual. This is not a one size fits all program,  this is your personal performance blueprint. Our approach is backed by our leading research in exercise science, including our published research on critical aspects of human performance, including the role of sprint interval training in enhancing mitochondrial function in elite athletes and the use of Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS) to measure muscle oxygenation during different training modalities.

We work with you to build a performance plan that is scientifically sound and designed to help you meet your specific sport’s physiological requirements. We leverage advanced data analysis of heart rate and muscle oxygenation, measuring your performance and recovery metrics to ensure you’re training at optimal levels. 

We offer a mix of approaches, an in person lab session, where we put you through a range of tests, or our online remote program where we oversee training and nutrition. Some athletes prefer a mix, coming to us for one or two lab sessions during camp with the rest being facilitated online and in conjunction with their coaching staff.
